Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want you to shop with absolute confidence. That is why we accept returns at any time—no matter how long it has been since your purchase—provided the item meets these simple criteria:

Condition: The part must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging.
Documentation: Please include your original order number or a copy of your invoice inside the package so we can quickly credit the correct account.

A Few Details to Keep in Mind:

Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges. We recommend insuring your package, as the item must arrive in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees cannot be refunded, as this service is fulfilled by the carrier.
Restocking: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original form of payment. We do not offer cash refunds.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.

Warranty Information

If a part purchased directly from us is not functioning correctly, we are here to help with a warranty repair or replacement.

Process: To be eligible for a warranty claim, the item must be returned to us within its designated warranty period, with return postage paid.
