Replacement neutral position switch sealing washer.
To test whether the neutral switch has failed, look at the following video here.

To replace, remove rear engine stud. Loosen the nuts on the front engine stud. Then using a long aluminum drift (wooden dowel would work) drive the engine rear shelf spacer back (towards the rear wheel) about ½ inch. You will be working on the left side of the engine, using a hammer and drift. Dont over tighten the new switch.
